The large numbers denoting the weight of each individual sandbag, are located on the top, as well as on each end, to make selecting the perfect training weight quick and easy.

Our new line of INDIVIDUAL Pre-WEIGTHED Sandbags are made with the same materials, workmanship and funcionality as all of the Elite Force Gear lineup of training sandbags.
The Curl handles are designed to fully rotate around the handle webbing to help eliminate the risk of injury to the hands and wrists from repetitive motion while training and the 2 - 2″ padded Neutral handles are fixed for control and padded for comfort while training. The 2 unique End handles are designed purely to increase grip strength.
We use the same birds eye gravel as in all of our other sandbags to ensure the shifting weight that is fundamental to sandbag training without the mess of sand.
