The Freemotion Plate-Loaded Squat helps to encourage proper form through a smooth range of motion with its curved platform. Integrated weight plate storage makes transitioning heavy loads easier and keeps the weight room clear of clutter. Users can set the bottom of their range of motion with the safety stop lever.
SET THE RANGE
Users can set the endpoint of the range of motion to make it safe and easy enter/exit the unit.
PADDED SEAT AND SHOULDER PADS
Shoulder pads are contoured and swivel to fit users of varying sizes. Backpad is also padded for comfort.
BUILT TO LAST
Constructed with 7-gauge steel and electrostatically powder-coated, this is built to stand up to the rigors of the weight room.
BOLT-DOWN HOLES
For added safety, it can be bolted to the floor through pre-drilled holes
