Our Ski Machine develops both strength and endurance and is a full-body workout that fully engages your core. Utilize both the double pole and a classic alternating arm technique just like you are actually skiing.

Easy to use console and the machines handles are ergonomic, strapless and provide a comfortable, secure grip regardless of how intense your exercise gets.

The spiral damper allows you to adjust your workout by controlling the airflow going to the flywheel. Changing the resistance will have you feeling like you are gliding on a flat terrain or climbing uphill.
